Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion
CMO strongly believes in making a difference, developing strategies that can improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
This is why we decided to join and support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, providing a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

Gender equality
At CMO Gender Equality represents both an unavoidable ethical issue and an enrichment, becoming at the same time a distinctive element of innovation for the company.
Reduce inequalities
Diversity and inclusivity in the workplace is a priority for us at CMO. Building teams from varying backgrounds not only improves the employee experience, but it also enhances productivity and the decision-making process.
Reduce poverty
CMO Group is also committed to social aspects, donating every year funds related to special developing projects. In Africa the Group had built water pumps in Congo and bought computers and devices for two African schools.
Good health and well-being
Here at CMO, corporate welfare is considered as a valuable element to improve the work place and the well-being of our employees, leveraging significant benefits, not only from an economic point of view, capable of reconciling work with private life.
